Clare serves as our Clinical Operations Lead, helping ensure that the behind-the-scenes systems of the practice run smoothly so our clients and therapists can focus on care. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University at Albany and completed her undergraduate degree through Marist College’s Advanced Standing BSW Program. Her background includes over four years of experience in mental health settings, where she developed expertise in patient care management, crisis response, interdisciplinary collaboration, and administrative coordination.

Clare’s role is focused on supporting both the clinical team and our clients by streamlining processes, improving access to services, and making sure the day-to-day operations of the practice function seamlessly. She is particularly passionate about making therapy more accessible and reducing the stigma around mental health, which aligns closely with our practice’s mission.

With a personal belief in the life-changing power of therapy, Clare approaches her work with care, efficiency, and a deep understanding of what it takes to support both providers and clients. Her goal is to make the experience of reaching out for help as smooth and stress-free as possible.
